David Martins Miranda (Reserva, July 4, 1936) was a Brazilian Pentecostal Evangelical pastor, founder of the Brazilian evangelical denomination Igreja Pentecostal Deus é Amor (IPDA), founded in 1962.

Son of the farmer Roberto Martins de Miranda and housewife Anália Miranda Paraná, David Miranda moved to São Paulo in April 1958, still young, where he converted to Pentecostalism on July 6, 1958, at the Igreja Cristã Pentecostal Independente Maravilhas de Jesus, which at the time was led by Pastor Leonel Silva.
