Dustin Lee Hoffman is an award-winning American actor.
Hoffman has won two Oscars (for his performances in Kramer vs. Kramer and Rain Man), five Golden Globes, four BAFTAs and an Emmy Award over the course of his career.
Hoffman rose to fame in film by starring in the 1967 movie The Graduate. After that success, he starred in other well-known films in the 1970s, such as Midnight Cowboy, Little Big Man, Papillon and All the President's Men. More recently, he shone in Tootsie and Kramer vs. Kramer.
He also worked in other dramas and action films, such as Confidence and Runaway Jury, both from 2003; and in comedies, such as Meet the Fockers, from 2004.
