Flordelis dos Santos de Souza is a Brazilian singer, pastor, former politician and convicted criminal, convicted of the homicide of her husband, Pastor Anderson do Carmo. She was a federal deputy between 2019 and 2021, when she was stripped of her mandate by the plenary of the Chamber of Deputies for breach of parliamentary decorum.

She gained notoriety for adopting several children in underprivileged communities in Rio de Janeiro. Her story was told in the film Flordelis - Basta uma Palavra para Mudar, released in 2009. The production drew the attention of the evangelical record label MK Music, and her career as a performer gained significant prominence within the Brazilian evangelical community during the 2010s. After that, she entered political life, being elected federal deputy for the PSD in the 2018 elections.

In 2019, Pastor Anderson do Carmo, to whom Flordelis was married, was murdered. The incident led to a long police inquiry, which involved the deputy and several of her children. In 2020, she was indicted by the Public Prosecutor's Office for Anderson's death.

On 11 August 2021, her mandate as deputy was revoked for coercing witnesses and concealing evidence during the investigation. Consequently, she was expelled from her party, the PSD, and lost her privileged legal forum. Shortly after, her preventive detention was decreed by the 3ª Vara Criminal de Niterói, and she was arrested on 13 August 2021 by the Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro. On 13 November 2022 she was sentenced to 50 years and 28 days in prison.
