Jeniffer Nascimento is a Brazilian actress and singer who trained in musical theatre, beginning her career in chorus roles in productions such as Hairspray, Hair and Mamma Mia!. She became known in the pop circuit after joining the quintet Girls in 2013, a project produced by Rick Bonadio and released by Sony Music, which exposed her to the recording industry despite the group’s brief existence.
From 2014 she moved notably into television, debuting in a significant role on the season of Malhação as Solange, a part that reinforced her image as a performer with a musical profile. She went on to appear in widely viewed telenovelas, including Êta Mundo Bom! and Pega Pega, alternating between dramatic and comedic characters.
In 2018 she gained wider recognition by winning the second season of the TV show Popstar, reaffirming her presence as a singer. She has continued working in musical theatre: in 2023 she was announced for the Brazilian production of The Lion King as the adult lioness Nala, a role she later relinquished for personal reasons.
Her work combines television acting and vocal performance across television, musical theatre and music reality shows, establishing her as a multiplatform artist in Brazil’s contemporary arts scene.
