Pedro Geraldo Mazarão, known as PG, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, music producer, multi‑instrumentalist, arranger and pastor. He became known when he joined the band Oficina G3 in 1998, writing and co‑writing notable songs such as "Autor da Vida", "Necessário" and "Te Escolhi", and taking part in important group albums like Acústico ao Vivo (1999) and O Tempo (2000). During that period he also performed at significant festivals and collaborated with other artists in the Christian music scene. Ordained as a pastor in 2003, PG left his permanent role in the band to devote himself to pastoral ministry, a decision that provoked public controversy among the members at the time. A partial reconciliation followed, and from 2020 his participation in the group's commemorative projects became more frequent. As a solo artist he released the album Adoração (2004) — certified gold — and the live record Eu Sou Livre, his greatest solo success, in addition to singles such as "Louvarei na Tempestade" and "Eu Vou Passar pela Cruz". He received nominations and awards at evangelical music ceremonies, establishing himself as a prominent figure in contemporary Christian music in Brazil.
