Prince of Luxembourg Guillaume (Guillaume Marie Louis Christian de Nassau) is a member of the Grand Ducal family of Luxembourg, the third son of Grand Duke Jean and Princess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium. Brother of the current Grand Duke Henri and first cousin of King Philippe of Belgium, he occupies a prominent place within institutional circles and European dynastic networks. Graduating in 1987 after studies in the United Kingdom and the United States, he began a career in international institutions: he worked at the International Monetary Fund in Washington and at the Commission of the European Communities in Brussels. That academic and professional background later led him into the private sector. Currently a director at ArcelorMittal, Guillaume combines aristocratic ties with a corporate role in one of the world’s largest steel groups. His public duties include participation in official events, patronages, and the ceremonial functions customary to the Grand Ducal household. Married to Sibilla Sandra Weiller since 1994, the prince is the father of four children, who are in the Luxembourg line of succession. His titles and honours include national and foreign orders, reflecting his institutional position and international dynastic relations.
