Rosanna Davison is an Irish nutritionist, model, and author who rose to international prominence after winning Miss World in 2003, becoming the first representative from Ireland to hold the title. The daughter of singer Chris de Burgh, she worked as a model for national and international brands and also became known for appearing on the cover of the German edition of Playboy in 2012.
After her career in beauty pageants, Davison formalized her work in health: she earned a degree in Nutritional Therapy, completed a master’s in Personalized Nutrition at Middlesex University, and took courses at naturopathic and functional medicine institutions in the United States. Since then she has offered personalized consultations and maintained a website with guidance on diet and wellness.
Author of books on nutrition and motherhood, including Eat Yourself Beautiful (2015) and When Dreams Come True (2021), Davison has also participated in public debates about diets and food intolerances. Her career combines public visibility, professional practice in nutrition, and editorial work related to health and the experience of motherhood.
