Adrian Zmed is an American actor, singer, and television personality, best known for film and television roles in the 1980s and for a long career in musical theatre. He became widely known as Johnny Nogerelli in Grease 2 and as Officer Vince Romano on the series T. J. Hooker, roles that established him as a charismatic leading man and versatile performer. Trained in the dramatic arts, he began his career in musical theatre, taking on the role of Danny Zuko in national productions and on Broadway; over the course of his career he has also appeared in productions such as Falsettos, Blood Brothers, and revivals of Grease. His work spans film—including appearances in films like Bachelor Party—alongside frequent television and variety show appearances. From the 1990s onward he shifted more of his focus to the stage and touring, playing lead roles in regional and national musicals, providing voice work for entertainment media, and performing on cruise ships. Recognized for his contributions to musical theatre and his presence in 1980s pop culture, he continues to work as a performer and entertainer.
