Hannah Mary Fry is a British mathematician, author, and science communicator known for bringing mathematics closer to the general public. A professor devoted to mathematical outreach at the University of Cambridge and president of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, Fry has also built a research career in fluid dynamics and urban mathematics, and previously taught at University College London.
