Liza Goddard (Louise Elizabeth Goddard) is a British actress whose career developed between Australian children’s television and dramatic series in the United Kingdom. She became known at a young age for the character Clancy in Skippy, a role that brought her international exposure and paved the way for a steady television career in the 1970s and 1980s.
Over the course of her career she was noted for recurring roles in high‑rating programmes such as Take Three Girls, The Brothers and Yes, Honestly, and for notable appearances in Doctor Who (the episode "Terminus") as well as in television films and series including Wagner and See How They Run. Her versatility allowed her to move between drama and comedy and later to serve as a narrator on children’s productions.
In addition to acting, Goddard recorded her memoirs in the autobiography Being Liza, which outlines her professional and personal life.
