Yannick Agnel is a French swimmer specializing in freestyle, known for his performances in middle- and long-distance events and for being a three-time Olympic champion. He rose to international prominence in 2012, when he won two gold medals — in the 200 m freestyle and the 4×100 m freestyle relay — and a silver in the 4×200 m freestyle at the London Games, and set several national records as well as a short-course world record in the 400 m freestyle.
